I didn’t have to pay him a dime because he went after the car manufacturer for legal fees.

Stephen Barnes competently handled our lemon law case with Ford and seriously exceeded my expectations. He was super patient listening to all my concerns and explaining how the process works. He clearly stated expectations, promptly filed the claim, and kept me up to date on progress as we waited on Ford to respond. It was a 9-month process due to a lack of response from Ford. Thanks to Barnes' firm demand letter, we avoided arbitration and finally settled out of court with almost the full purchase price of the car (including financing and we had 96K miles on the car!)
